Sign up for an account

If you have not created an account, you will need to fill out a short form to request an account be created for you or your company. Once you have completed this form, a Kroll Factual Data representative will contact you to complete the necessary steps to create your account.

First-time users' certificate request

If you are a first-time user and have already set up an account, you need to acquire a certificate to access our system. You can do this by clicking here and completing the required forms, which will require the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Office code (provided when you created your account)

  • Client code (provided when you created your account)

  • Password (provided when you created your account)

Once you have completed the certificate request form, you will need to follow the instructions for adding the link to your favorites. This process will allow you to navigate directly to the reporting application and is essential if your computer does not allow cookies.
