Kroll Factual Data has partnered with Stewart Lender Services to offer a complete range of insured products. We offer ALTA full coverage policies in compliance with secondary market requirements, home equity policies, limited coverage policies and guarantees underwritten by Stewart Title Guaranty Company.

Our services include:

  • Full ALTA Title Insurance Policy
    Our Full ALTA Title Insurance Policy complies with all secondary market requirements. Commitment to insure occurs after a complete search and examination of the public records show the condition of record title, including money obligations outstanding against the property, easements and other matters, which affect the rights of ownership, followed by a final title policy after closing.

  • Secondary Market Short Form Policy
    The Secondary Market Short Form (SMSF) program is a proprietary Stewart product and process that was designed to reduce cost and processing time for lenders originating loans for the secondary market. Available for both first and second lien mortgage transactions, the SMSF insures the priority of the specific lien and loan validity as well as insuring compliance with the guidelines of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae in existence at the time of origination.

  • Master Residential Junior Loan Policy
    The Stewart Master Residential Junior Loan Policy - eQuik™ - is designed to provide lenders with a lower cost title insurance product that provides limited coverage for junior lien mortgage loans. The policy insures the validity and priority of the mortgage lien subject to the exclusions from coverage, the exceptions listed in Schedule B and the conditions and stipulations listed in the policy.

  • Closing and Settlement Services
    To assure the quality of the borrower’s experience, our title partner – Stewart Lender Services, works closely with its lender customers to carefully orchestrate all aspects of the closing and funding process. Settlement services range from full closing with escrow to signing only services. Using our network of closing agents and notaries, Stewart Mortgage Information coordinates and schedules the most convenient closing location for the borrower(s). Stewart further simplifies the process by handling the invoicing and payment of vendors through our funding services.
