ActionFacts will assess the risk of potential misrepresentation associated in categories such as employment and income for each applicant. Analysis of third party data source information is used in conjunction with sophisticated algorithms for analysis of the clients’ inventory to determine if there are inconsistencies in employment and income. In addition, existing credit information and third party sources are examined for possible asset/REO misrepresentation.
